Abigail Cowen was born on March 22, 1999, in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. She began her acting career appearing in national commercials. Cowen made her television debut in an episode of the series, Chasing Life. She went on to have a recurring role in the series, Flower Shop Mysteries. In 2018, Cowen was cast as the lead in the Netflix series, The Last Witch Hunter. The series was cancelled after one season.
In 2020, Cowen appeared in the series, Fate: The Winx Saga. The series is based on the Nickelodeon show, Winx Club.
